Network Marketing Success With People Skills

Network marketing success starts with people skills and it starts with us. We need to fix ourselves before we understand people. Before we love, understand and care about people, we have to love and understand about ourselves. Develop our personality strength first. I never pay attention to personal development before. I didn’t read personal development books before. I use my head more than my heart. My focus in network marketing was generating leads previously. Most people in network marketing business believe that leads generation is the key in network marketing success. I learned how to create capture page, how to drive traffic to my website and I talked my opportunity to my friends and people online. I assumed that people would sign up my network marketing business because of good opportunity and good products. I said to everyone, “Look that I’ve internet marketing skills to help you. This is truly 100% internet business.” Oh boy, I was wrong. I had to confront negative prospects everyday who had fears and doubts. If I didn’t have strong personality, I would be dragged into negativity too. How would I help them to overcome their fears and doubts if I didn’t have strong personality. Maybe, I was still struggling if I didn’t find mastermind group who pointed out that I need to understand and to love people or I need people skills. Before I understand people, I need to understand myself first. I begin to identify myself. I’m a person with yellow personality. I need to develop my strength to subside my weakness. My strength is coaching and mentoring. Here I’m, I begin to develop from within:

I learn how to influence my subconscious mind for money consciousness not poverty consciousness and to drive away negative thoughts with positive self-talk. I never believe in subconscious mind and stuff like this before.
I learn how to shut down the chatter and general information from the media and to focus on special knowledge to develop my network marketing business and to aim network marketing success.
I learn about personality colors of people.
I stay close within a circle of successful and positive people. Remember the law of association: your future will be determined with the people you interact daily. I listen to the talk of positive people everyday.

I change my attitude. I am more relax and happy. I don’t push everyone with my opportunity. I’m just building a relationship with everyone without agenda. People thank me for being their friend. I believe my network marketing business will grow based on trust and friendship. I will share with all of you the abundance mentality quote that has beautiful meaning.

Work like you don’t need the money, Love like you’ve never been hurt, Dance like nobody’s watching, Sing like nobody’s listening and Live like it’s Heaven on Earth.
